Choo 24:7 Stylemakers is an interactive microsite that celebrates street style with an image gallery showcasing fans wearing Jimmy Choo across international time zones, day to evening, 24:7. The website invites users to submit photographs of themselves and welcomes involvement via comments, sharing and profile creation. Please be aware that this is a public forum therefore you are legally responsible for the content you submit. By accessing and using this website you agree to the following Guidelines.

Submitting Choo 24:7 Stylemakers photographs

When submitting a photograph please ensure that you comply with our Legal Terms and these Guidelines. We have the sole discretion to refuse any photograph submitted without giving you a reason.

Please ensure that your photograph complies with the following rules before submission:

Whilst you will retain copyright to the photographs, by uploading them to the Site you are granting Jimmy Choo an irrevocable worldwide licence to use, copy, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create adaptations from, make available, communicate and distribute your photographs (in whole or part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, without acknowledging the author.

Any comments made in relation to the photographs are published, checked and edited at the sole discretion of Jimmy Choo. In order to avoid disappointment, please be aware that only a few photographs may be selected.

You can submit a photograph at any time, regardless of whether a competition is ongoing or not.

COMPETITION GUIDELINES

These guidelines are only applicable when an active competition is taking place.

The closing date for uploading photographs for the Choo 24:7 Stylemakers competition is midnight (GMT) on 6th June 2012.

After this date you will still be able to upload photographs and comment on them, however, the entries will not be entered into the competition.

Prizes

The Choo 24:7 Stylemakers prize consists of up to six (6) pairs of shoes/boots and one (1) handbag (the Choo 24:7 ‘Wardrobe’) from the Spring/Summer 2012 or Pre-Fall 2012 Choo 24:7 collection, exotic and pony skin products are excluded. The Wardrobe will have an upper limit of £4,000. All items will be valued at their full UK RRP. You will have until 31st December 2012 to make your selection, after which time the prize will expire.

The prize cannot be exchanged or substituted for cash. The prize is not for re-sale.

Judging

A shortlist of our top ten favourites will be drawn. Our Creative Directors will then choose the winner from this selection.

You will be notified if you have won by e-mail using the e-mail address you have registered with Jimmy Choo and/or Facebook. As such, please keep this e-mail address up to date and check it regularly. If we have not heard from you within ten (10) working days of notification we will select the next entry on the list.

Eligibility

You must be 18 and over to enter the competition and must abide by the submission guidelines (see above) to be eligible to enter this competition.

Please ensure you are eligible to enter the competition before entering. Entries which are not eligible will be discarded without notice.

Jimmy Choo employees and their families are not entitled to enter the competition.
